Presenting The Before And (Predicted) After Of The European Leagues As The FIFA International Break Starts

-

The regular footballing season has begun in full force with the top leagues spending big bucks but as the international break starts off, we analyse what has happened and what may happen after the break for the top European clubs and their superstars.

With the Premier League shaping up with its usual suspects winning their games and Manchester United and Chelsea joining the others at the summit, it will be interesting to see how the league superstars carry their teams forward after the break.

With many superstars such as Rooney, Vardy and Sterling, etc., the big names will need to step up their game for the international fixtures and a long domestic season that awaits them to take up the responsibilities for their clubs.

So far, the Manchester clubs have looked bright on paper as well as on field with their two dynamic managers and their form is expected to continue to build after the international break.

The Manchester Derby is scheduled right after the international break and my prediction says that Manchester United may just edge this one, given their forwards continue their form.

Sergio Aguero may be facing a ban by the FA and may not be playing in the derby which should boost United’s chances to clinch the 3 vital points.

One match may not be a deciding factor but having an early cushion is always a benefit.

On the other side, Chelsea will look to strengthen their position at the top with a winnable fixture against Swansea followed by a mouth watering clash against a shaky Liverpool side.

Expect plenty of fireworks from the Manchester sides, Chelsea and keep an eye out for Leicester, since the last season’s champions have started to gain momentum.

Coming to Bundesliga, it’s more like a 1-horse race as Bayern Munich look in stunning form under Carlo Ancelotti and look to maintain their form and pole position, with Borussia Dortmund looking the most likely runner ups.

As for France, Paris Saint Germain look to cope up with the absence of Zlatan Ibrahimovic as Unai Emery will plan to make changes during the international break and revive the French champions’ dominance.

Coming to Italy, Juventus and Roma look to be the strongest squads with the Milan clubs being the only surprise threat throughout the season. With Juventus loading up their squad with Gonzalo Higuain as one of the star buys this season, Juventus look as heavy favorites to continue their form after the break.

Finally, Real Madrid and Barcelona are the heavy favorites for the La Liga title with the Los Blancos enjoying under Zidane and Barcelona going in a good form under Enrique. Atletico Madrid need an early miracle to get into the title mix as they have drawn their 2 opening fixtures.

But still, afted the international break, Real Madrid and Barcelona look to continue their superb form and Cristiano Ronaldo and Karim Be looking to recover in time, things will definitely be interesting for Real Madrid.

Well, that’s all for today, folks!

See you after the international break!
