I Inspire 2019 by BD Foundation is one of the biggest inclusive leadership platform. While providing an opportunity to interact with futuristic businesses & leaders, the seventh I Inspire ensures that you learn how inclusive businesses and ecosystems thrive.

Held on 5th April 2019, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Gurgaon, I Inspire is just not a one-day affair – it’s a vision to celebrate the spirit of collaboration, mentoring and supporting each other all year long.

It is all about how we can build a better world where differences are not only accepted but celebrated to enable equal opportunities.

U nderstanding the need to move beyond the individualism of diversity to the systemic and cultural change needed to build inclusive organizations; I Inspire 2019 aims to develop a dialogue to examine the same in the journey of inclusion.

The theme of this year’s conference is ‘Include to Impact’ bringing together 300+ participants who will come together to learn, educate, connect and inspire.

I Inspire 2019

The day will start with a conversation with Nand Kishore Chaudhary, Founder Jaipur Rugs, who has successfully created shared value by exemplifying how profits and social mission can reinforce each other.

The day will include panels like Shared Value Creation : Aligning Business and Inclusion Strategy to Impact Bottom Line, Inclusion, Innovation, Transformation: Case Studies of Inclusive Growth in Business, Investing in Women, Year of Change, Future is Digital Workforce: Humans & Bots collaborating organizations featuring industry experts, corporate leaders and inclusion champions.

The event also has a fireside chat exploring the journey of 2 courageous women, smashing all stereotypes and breaking glass ceilings with Lt. Cdr. Vartika Joshi (INS Tarini) and Jabna Chauhan (India’s youngest Sarpanch).

The event will see the launch of report “Understanding LGBT – An Ally’s Perspective”, which give us the historical understanding of LGBT community in India and highlights the best practices of LGBT inclusion adopted by India Inc.

Interesting breakaways are designed like Power of Inclusion: Aligning Passion, Purpose & Profits, Beyond Bias: Unboxing Diversity and Thriving in Future of Work.

Also, I Inspire Leadership Awards which aims to celebrate leaders, innovators, thinkers and doers around India working to strengthen the inclusive voice, increase economic opportunities and facilitate individuals and organizations working towards an inclusive environment were felicitated.

The Awardees for this year are – Noorjehan Safia Niaz (Women Rights Award), Breakthrough (Social Innovation Award), Jabna Chauhan (Young Trailblazer Award), The Naz Foundation (Community Excellence Award).

Also, the event will recognize oranizations building best practices in CSR in Gender, Livelihoods and Education & best practices in D&I in Gender, LGBT and PWD felicitating Nestle, Jaipur Rugs, Aricent, RPG Group, The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group and EY.
