8 Upcoming Movies That Are Going To Rock The World In 2016

-

With the crazy movie line-up, 2016 is going to be Christmas all year, especially  for movie fanatics. Here are 8 upcoming movies that are going to rock the world in 2016.

1. HOW TO BE SINGLE

Premiere: February 12

Director: Christian Ditter

Stars: Dakota Johnson, Alison Brie, Leslie Mann, Lily Collins

Finally a break from the run-of-the-mill sappy romcoms. Hurry and grab a seat for this kickass celebration of being single.

2.  LONDON HAS FALLEN:

Premiere: March 4

Director: Babak Najafi

Stars: Gerard Butler, Morgan Freeman, Charlotte Riley

This action-packed Gerard Butler-starrer will treat your glutton for action and thrill well.

3. BATMAN V SUPERMAN-DAWN OF JUSTICE:

Premiere: March 25

Director: Zack Snyder

Stars: Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Amy Adams, Gal Gadot, Jesse Eisenberg

We have all hero-worshipped the two iconic superheroes, Batman and Superman individually but 2016 is a battle pit for the two. What are you rooting for, brain or brawn?

4. CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR

Premiere: May 6

Directors: Anthony Russo and Joe Russo

Stars: Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr, Scarlett Johansson, Elizabeth Olsen

It’s impossible to contain my excitement as the third phase hits the screen when Iron man and Captain America are no longer friends! As if the trailer weren’t enough to make you jump out of your seats that the official DIVIDED WE FALL poster leaves you biting your nails.

5. ALICE THROUGH THE LOOKING GLASS

Premiere: May 27

Director: James Bobin

Stars: Johnny Depp, Anne Hathaway, Helena Bonham Carter

Wonderland is always a visual treat and as Alice travels back in time to save the Mad Hatter, the reasons behind his madness unfold. But this time, not through the rabbit hole.

6. FINDING DORY:

Premiere:  June 17

Directors: Andrew Stanton, Angus MacLane

Stars: Idris Elba, Diane Keaton, Kaitlin Olson

Finding Nemo’s adorably forgetful sidekick, Dory swims into theatres this year. That awkward moment when you’re 20 and still relish something as juvenile as a Disney movie!

7.  SUICIDE SQUAD

Premiere: August 6

Director: David Ayer

Stars: Margot Robbie, Jai Courtney, Will Smith, Jared Leto, Cara Delevingne, Ben Affleck

The best of DC villains in one movie is going to be an insane experience. You can be morbidly curious as this antihero squad hits the DC cinematic universe for the first time.

8. FANTASTIC BEASTS AND WHERE TO FIND THEM:

Premiere: November 18

Director: David Yates

Stars: Eddie Redmayne, Ezra Miller, Colin Farrell, Katherine Waterston

Waiting is a pain as this J.K Rowling’s screenplay debut brings back the enchanting world of wizardry. The magical trailer takes you on a nostalgic ride. I.CAN’T.WAIT.
