We have all heard about stand-up comedy. It’s fun and it has seen a very huge boom in terms of people choosing it as a career – part-time or full-time.
But there is another kind of stand-up open mic art that is slowly rising in India. It was in our olden days in villages that some old woman used to recite folk poems/tales which everyone used to listen to.
