According to reports, Chilli Powder was thrown at Arvind Kejriwal, Delhi’s Chief Minister.
This incident reportedly took place at the Delhi Secretariat when the CM was emerging from a room after a meeting.

The attacker has been identified as Anil Sharma, a resident of Narayana in Delhi. He has been taken to the IP Estate police station.
Dodging heavy security, he threw a packet of chilli powder at Kejriwal, who was about to attend a news conference.
